Yes. Mobile Money and bank transfers are secure methods managed by regulated financial institutions. For bank transfers, your bank's security measures apply. We never ask for your password or PIN.

Absolutely! You can use Sendwave to send money directly to our Mobile Money numbers from many countries. You can also do a bank transfer using our SWIFT code (SCBLUGKX). M-Changa also accepts international payments.

We're developing a child sponsorship program. For now, your general donations help all the children in our care. Contact us to express interest and we'll notify you when the program launches.

For Mobile Money and Sendwave, you'll receive a confirmation from the service provider. For bank transfers, your bank statement serves as a receipt. If you need an official receipt from us, please contact us and we'll provide one.

Tax deductibility depends on your country's laws. We recommend consulting with a tax professional. We can provide documentation and receipts upon request to support your tax filing.
